An independent platform for American citizens

Put Americans First. Again.

For decades, Washington has guarded other nations' borders before our own, shipped our factories overseas, funded wars without end, and let a handful of tech companies and a national press whose corrections run small decide what you get to hear. This platform makes the case with real data and primary sources, for a government that works for its own citizens first.

The Issues That Decide America's Future

Each issue page breaks down the problem with sourced data, explains how we got here, clears up the myths, and lays out a concrete America First plan.

"The great rule of conduct for us in regard to foreign nations is in extending our commercial relations, to have with them as little political connection as possible."George Washington · Farewell Address, 1796

"Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave."Barbara Jordan · U.S. Commission on Immigration Reform, 1995

What We Believe

The America First Agenda in Ten Points

America First isn't a slogan about who we're against. It's a simple test for every policy: does this make life better for American citizens? If the answer is no, Washington shouldn't do it.

This idea is older than either party. Washington warned against foreign entanglements. Hamilton built a national industrial policy. Eisenhower warned about the military-industrial complex. Democrat Barbara Jordan called for credible immigration enforcement. We're picking up a long American tradition.

Sign the Pledge
  1. Citizens come first

Government's first duty is to the people who live here legally and the generations who will.

  2. A border that means something

Enforce the law, finish exit tracking, and mandate E-Verify so the rules are real.

  3. Make things in America

Rebuild steel, chips, medicine and shipbuilding here, and power it with cheap, reliable American energy. A nation that can't make things can't defend itself.

  4. Wages over cheap labor

Trade and immigration policy should raise American paychecks, not lower them.

  5. No more blank checks

No war without a vote of Congress. Every dollar sent abroad gets audited.

  6. Allies pay their share

Partners who rely on American protection must fund their own defense.

  7. Fiscal sanity

Interest on the debt now outruns defense spending. Stop borrowing from our children.

  8. Free speech, no exceptions

No federal agency should pressure platforms to silence lawful speech.

  9. Affordable American dream

A home, a family and a decent job on one income should be achievable again.

  10. Equal citizenship

Every American, of every background, is owed the same rights, the same laws and the same respect.

Straight Answers

What America First Means and What It Doesn't

Is "America First" isolationism?

No. America First means trading with the world, keeping strong alliances where they serve American security, and keeping a powerful military. What it rejects is open-ended wars, nation-building, and commitments that Congress never voted on and the American people never agreed to.

Is America First anti-immigrant?

No. It's pro-citizen and pro-rule-of-law. Millions of immigrants came here legally, assimilated and made this country stronger. America First asks that immigration be legal, orderly, and set at levels that benefit American workers, which is the same standard Democrat Barbara Jordan's commission recommended in the 1990s.

Doesn't protecting industry raise prices?

Some targeted protections can raise some prices, and we say so openly. But "cheap" imports carried hidden costs: shuttered towns, lost wages, dependence on China for medicine and chips, and supply chains that collapsed during COVID. A nation that makes things is more secure and more prosperous over the long run. See the Economy page for the full trade-off.

Is this platform tied to a party?

No. These ideas have champions and opponents in both parties. We judge every politician by one standard: do they put American citizens first?

Where do your numbers come from?

Government agencies (CBP, BLS, Census, CBO, Treasury), peer-reviewed research, and established research centers. Every issue page has a numbered source list at the bottom. If you think a number is wrong, check the source.
